We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Make outbound calls to potential clients
✔ Handle inbound inquiries professionally
✔ Explain services like Bulk SMS, RCS Messaging, WhatsApp Business API & Digital Marketing
✔ Generate and qualify leads
✔ Schedule meetings for the sales team
✔ Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
✔ Achieve weekly and monthly targets
✔ Maintain positive client relationships
📋 Requirements
✔ Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
✔ 0–2 years experience in Telecalling / Sales (Freshers can apply)
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Confident, persuasive and target-oriented
✔ Experience in digital marketing or SMS industry is a plus
