By accessing Interact Technologies’ website or using any of our services including Bulk SMS, SMS Gateway, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS Messaging Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Interact Technologies provides communication, messaging, and marketing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Bulk SMS Service in India

  • Bulk SMS Gateway & API Solutions

  • WhatsApp Business API Services

  • Official WhatsApp API & Messaging Solutions

  • RCS Messaging Services

  • Promotional & Transactional SMS

  • Digital Communication & Marketing Tools

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • Not to send spam, abusive, offensive, misleading, or illegal content

  • Not to use our services for phishing, fraud, harassment, or impersonation

  • To comply with TRAI, DLT, DOT, and all applicable Indian communication and data protection laws

  • To ensure all sender IDs, templates, and messaging content are compliant with regulatory guidelines

  • To provide accurate information during account creation and maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • To be solely responsible for the content and messages transmitted through our systems

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:

  • Securing your login credentials

  • All activities performed under your account

  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

Interact Technologies is not liable for damage or loss caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All pricing is clearly mentioned on our website or communicated during onboarding.

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Interact Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical errors caused solely by Interact Technologies.

  • Taxes and regulatory charges will be applied as per government norms.

6. Service Availability & Performance

We strive to maintain high uptime and delivery success rates; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Instant message delivery

  • 100% delivery success (due to third-party telecom operators, network issues, or DLT constraints)

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by external factors such as telecom operator outages, server issues, user-side errors, or force majeure events.

7. Messaging & Content Compliance

You agree that:

  • All content sent through our platform complies with TRAI/DLT regulations

  • You will not send prohibited content (e.g., scams, adult content, illegal promotions, hate speech, misleading financial claims)

  • You will take full responsibility for legal consequences arising from the content you submit

Interact Technologies may suspend or terminate service if prohibited content is detected.

8. Data Privacy & Security

We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to:

  • The collection, storage, and processing of your information

  • The use of data for service improvement, support, and communication

We implement security measures but do not guarantee absolute protection from breaches or cyber-attacks.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials including logos, software, APIs, text, graphics, and platform content are the exclusive property of Interact Technologies.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interact Technologies is not liable for:

  • Financial or business losses

  • Loss of data

  • Service downtime or message delays

  • Losses caused by telecom operators or third-party integrations

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your messaging activity violates TRAI/DLT/WhatsApp policies

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Illegal or harmful activity is detected

Upon termination, all access to services will cease immediately.

12. Amendments to Terms

Interact Technologies may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
